Before attending your appointment
Prior to coming for your initial consultation, you’ll be sent a pre-consultation questionnaire, client agreement, and a 5 day food and drink diary to fill out, which will help to give me an idea of what you enjoy eating so that we can start from a happy place.
Pre-consultation forms need to be returned at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Initial consultation
Your initial consultation will last up to 90 minutes and will be spent building up a picture of you and your needs.
We may discuss different approaches that could suit you, before setting 2 or 3 initial goals to help you move towards your long term goal.
At the end of your initial consultation, we can book in a follow up appointment at a time that suits you. It is best booked for 2-4 weeks after your initial consultation depending on your circumstances and will last up to 45 minutes.
A summary and/or plan will be emailed to you 2 working days after your appointment.
Ongoing support
If we haven’t heard from you in between your initial consultation and follow up consultation then we will get in touch via email to see how you’re getting on.
If you would like to ask questions throughout the process then you are welcome to email, text, Whatsapp or call us with them and we will be happy to assist you.
Follow up consultation
During your follow up consultation, we will usually discuss your progress, any setbacks and/or challenges you’ve faced and assess what can be done going forward to help you and make sure that the goals are appropriate for you.
Some times, we will also set new goals and these will be detailed in your consultation summary and/or plan, which will be emailed to you 2 working days after your appointment.
Going forward
If you would like further support, you can book individual consultations or purchase a discounted package of five sessions.
