As a Registered Associate Nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition, I may share your information provided on both the Questionnaire and Food Diary form and during any communications we have with a mentor, who will always be a Registered Nutritionist at the Association for Nutrition. This is so that I can provide you with the best service possible and continue to develop my professional knowledge, skills and expertise.
