No personal training, medical treatment, supplements, meal plan sales, memberships, subscriptions, courses, or digital products are provided unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Booking and Payment
Appointments may be booked online or directly through Create Real Nutrition.
Payment may be made:
Online at the time of booking; or
In person at the appointment where this option is offered.
All fees are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel appointments where payment arrangements have not been met.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Where less than 48 hours' notice is provided:
The appointment fee may be retained; and
No refund may be issued.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in the full appointment fee being charged.
Refunds are not generally available once a consultation has taken place or a service has been delivered.Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
6. Professional Scope of Practice and Health Disclaimer
Create Real Nutrition provides evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle advice delivered by a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) registered with the Association for Nutrition (AfN).
Nutrition coaching and guidance are provided within the recognised scope of practice for an AfN Registered Associate Nutritionist and are intended to support general health, wellbeing, dietary habits, and lifestyle goals.
Our services are not a substitute for medical care and do not include:
Medical diagnosis;
Prescription of medication;
Interpretation of clinical tests beyond the scope of nutrition practice; or
Advice that falls outside the professional scope of a Registered Associate Nutritionist.
Where appropriate, clients may be advised to seek advice from their GP, registered dietitian, or another suitably qualified healthcare professional.
All recommendations are based on the information provided by the client. You are responsible for ensuring that information relating to your health, medical history, medications, allergies, and other relevant circumstances is accurate and up to date.
While advice is based on current scientific evidence and professional standards, individual responses vary and no specific health outcomes or results can be guaranteed.
7. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:

Follow recommendations at your own discretion.
